Invincible is an idea. It is based on the Japanese concept of "kaizen", where we constantly raise ourselves to new levels. Invincible is an idea of possibility. Many people live with limitations and just get by in life, without entertaining the thought of the possibility to experience and achieve greatness.
Why is it impossible for us flick on a switch and have light fill our rooms? Thomas Edison didn't think so. Why is it impossible to put pieces of metal together and have human beings inside to fly across the sky. The Wright brothers proved this possible. Why is it impossible for a young African American girl, who lacked an education and was abused when she was young, to become one of the first African Americans to become a billionaire? Oprah Winfrey defied this impossibility. Who's to say it is impossible for you to achieve greatness in your own life?
It is when people become aware of something more, that they start to believe in possibility. Invincible is about this awareness of something more in life. It does not matter who you are, where you come from, or what you do, it is whether or not you see this possibility for yourself. Invincible is confidence. It is hope. It is possibility.
The reason why people learn martial arts is to gain skills that enable them to physically handle themselves in any situation. In other words, they are looking to feel more confident and capable in life.
We want to take it to another level.. We provide confidence not only through the physical nature, where the individual has superior physical skills, capabilities and fitness, but we also aim to develop confidence in the sense that the individual can do anything they set their mind to in life. The feeling that we have absolute power and control of life; the confidence to walk into a room and exude a strong presence; and the ability to display true leadership and self-confidence in any given situation. This is Invincible..
